With over 20 years in global People & Culture leadership, business transformation and organisational design, I’ve been involved in hundreds of change programs, restructures, executive exits and career transitions.
And I haven’t just advised - I’ve lived it.
I’ve volunteered for redundancy, had my role restructured during the GFC and chosen to “make myself redundant” to move on my own terms. Those decisions allowed me to secure financial stability, protect my reputation and even enjoy periods of “funemployment” while planning the next move.
