Hi I’m Francesca, the founder of elan hr.

With over 20 years experience in people and culture leadership roles in 3 countries and across sectors including financial services, FMCG, environmental resource management and professional services it was time to put all that experience to good use. So I set up my own business, elan hr, to help more businesses.

I’ve worked with start ups, scale ups, global multi-nationals, private businesses, listed organisations, not-for-profits and everything in between. There’s not much I haven’t seen. Which means I can help you avoid the pitfalls that organisations with much bigger budgets have fallen into and help design commercially viable people solutions to business problems.

Travelled the world, got a terrible carbon footprint, became a change manager and organisational development specialist in NZ and then landed in Australia in Senior leadership and Executive People and Culture roles helping leaders create and implement their business and people strategies.

I’ve always been fascinated by people and by how businesses make money. Not in a grubby money hungry way. In a ‘You do what? And that makes money? Wow. Brilliant idea!’ way.

I also love seeing people develop, supporting leaders (it’s lonely at the top) and having fun whilst we’re doing it.
